Jonathan Hoff

Jon Hoff is an in-house attorney at Repsol Services Company, where he provides legal support for Repsol’s downstream gas and crude businesses.  Before joining Repsol in 2018, Jon was a partner in the Houston office of K&L Gates, where he led the firm’s commodity trading and hedging practice.  Jon has worked in the energy commodity industry for twenty years.  He started his career at Enron, where he helped value and settle Enron’s commodity trading contracts following the bankruptcy filing.  While in private practice he advised clients in contract and credit issues in the physical and financial commodities markets, including helping new entrants in the markets develop form contracts.  Jon lives in the Houston area with his wife and five sons.
