Breakfast Session: Right to Adequate Assurance of Performance

This session will include an overview of Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, with an emphasis on Section 2-609, and a party’s right to Adequate Assurance of Performance. Lawall will address when and how a concerned party can obtain assurance under the UCC regarding a distressed party’s performance and will further discuss enforcement rights.
