CRMCP eLearning: Concepts of Credit Liquidity Analysis

The IECA's virtual training program allows you to remotely complete the Concepts of Credit Liquidity Analysis course through a virtual classroom experience. The program includes real-time instructions and group work with your peers. 

The course will begin on  April 13 - 16 from 11:30 a.m. EDT until 3:30 p.m. EDT. The course will be FOUR Hours each of the scheduled days. This virtual course is highly interactive and requires your full attention. There will be breaks during each session.

Upon completion of this e-Learning program, participants will be able to:

• Learn about some key concepts of borrowing and receive an overview of liquidity and solvency.
• Learn about issues in analyzing financial statements, including calculating and interpreting ratios. 
• Learn about off-balance sheet items and how to adjust ratios to account for these items.
• Learn about the general principles of cash flow, liquidity analysis and types and uses of commercial paper.
• Learn about liquidity analysis related to speculative-grade companies.
• Learn about structure risk and how it can be mitigated. Learn about various debt structures, including leveraged buyouts (LBO). 

This virtual program is part of the Credit Risk Management Certificate Program (CRMCP), a partnership between the IECA and Moody's Analytics, and is designed for the basic to intermediate skill level. Completion of this course meets one of the requirements for the CRMCP.

Important Note: This highly interactive course will be delivered in four 4-hour sessions, with breaks. This course will be run over four days, four hours each day from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Eastern time

Prerequisite: Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Credit Risk Analysis Course
