This session highlights numerous credit support tools, including traditional and non-traditional collateral instruments. Lawall and DeLuca will discuss risk mitigation instruments, including Credit Insurance, Letters of Credit, Bank Payment Obligations (BPO), Performance Bonds, Guarantees and others. The benefits and draw backs of each instrument will also be highlighted along with strategies for enforcement, related costs, ease of collection and coverage in event of bankruptcy.
