IECA and chair of IECA's Dodd-Frank Working Group, Phil Lookadoo were recently mentioned in an article in Platt's Megawatt Daily. The article, titled "CFTC's Massad Eyes Steps on Swap Data" can be found on page 17 of the publication. The article covers how US Commodity Futures Exchange Commission Chairman Timothy Massad expects by the end of the month to release a study that sets the stage for commission action on the threshold for exempting small swap dealers from stiffer regulation.
