Description
Scott LeBeouf covers the basics of master netting agreements (MNA). An MNA allows two counterparties who have multiple contracts with each other, to net settle current and future liabilities for all contracts in the event of default on or termination of any one contract. Also, discussion will cover cash collateral, through a single payment, in a single currency. This session provides updates on enforcement of more complex issues such as Cross-Affiliate Set Off.
