Lessons Learned in the Trenches Part Two

As a follow-up to the highly entertaining presentation at the Spring 2023 IECA Conference, this second course will be another participatory, hands-on discussion among industry participants working through a couple of real-life scenarios: (i) protecting against the onslaught of attempts by hackers to change invoice payment instructions and (ii) standardizing contracts that should be standard – including, non-disclosure agreements, guarantees, and other time-consuming but necessary legal and credit documentation. We will work through real-life scenarios of how the IECA’s constituents each play a role in the effort and how best an organization can prepare a coordinated response in a short time frame.
