Lessons Learned in the Trenches

This course will be a participatory, hands-on discussion among industry participants working through a couple of real-life scenarios: (i) counterparty default and (ii) the rights and obligations of energy buyers and sellers, lenders, and hedge providers during an extreme weather event. We will work through real-life examples of how the IECA’s constituents each play a role in the effort and how best an organization can prepare a coordinated response in a short time frame.
