Description
The Redwater Energy case was decided by the Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench in May 2016. The appeal was heard by the Court of Appeal in October 2016 and the decision may be forthcoming any day. This session will discuss the Redwater case, recent related legal developments and cases, as well as what they mean for creditors and the energy sector in general.
