IECA Spring Conference 2024 - Strategies for Successful Negotiations

We negotiate every day, but are we really getting the most out of our negotiations? This session will focus on how to prepare for a negotiation, as well as how to identify and implement different negotiation strategies to ensure the best possible outcome for you or your client.  We could also touch on different forms of communication in negotiation, and when each is most effective/appropriate (telephone vs. email vs. responding in redline, etc.).
