Power purchase agreements have continued to evolve along with markets for renewable and conventional electricity. Following on the “PPA 101” presentation at last year’s Annual Conference, we will consider in further detail certain PPA provisions and specialized transaction structures that frequently confuse veterans and newbies alike.
Among others, topics will include:
(i) development milestones and related remedies;
(ii) reliability and economic curtailment;
(iii) performance and availability guarantees; and
