December’s Q&A call will focus on guaranty basics, including standard guaranty provisions and the underlying legal principles as well as the treatment of guaranties in bankruptcy proceedings. Fran Lawall, a Partner with Troutman Pepper in Philadelphia and an expert in bankruptcy and workouts, has graciously volunteered to lead our discussion.
