This session will discuss potential impacts on the energy industry arising from: (i) President Trump’s policy initiatives on banking, energy, the environment, fiscal/tax policies, and foreign trade; (ii) President Trump’s nominees to head various Federal agencies and their ability to significantly change regulatory trend-lines; and (iii) possible legislative overhauls, reversals and new initiatives coming from a Republicancontrolled Congress teamed-up with a Republican President. This panel will discuss possible changes we may see over the next four years. 1.5 hrs CLE; 1.5 hrs CE
