Gas Asset Management Agreemnets: Who, What, When and Why?

This session explores gas asset management agreements (AMAs) to explain what they are, who uses them, the benefits of AMAs and some of the pitfalls that exist in entering into them. Enochs discusses the FERC rules that give rise to AMAs, the policies behind them, deal structures and entities that benefit from including AMAs, critical provisions in AMAs, and pitfalls in drafting AMAs. The session will move at a fast pace and assumes participants have a working knowledge of the natural gas industry.
