This is the 3rd session of the CRMCP training and is open to all conference attendees. Holmes discusses the different categories of early warning signs that counterparties should be monitoring as borrowers move into the zone of financial distress. He discusses leading and lagging indicators and uses a live example to assess how distressed a particular company is and whether the creditors should step in.
