This session will discuss the current trends in power trading contracts and how they fit with your Company’s pro forma templates. The session will also include a discussion of some of the trending topics arising in the Contract Provision Review working group biweekly calls.

1.5 hrs CE; 1.5 hrs CLE

Objectives: To gain an understanding of power contract provisions that are commonly negotiated in today’s trading environment and how these provisions might be addressed in your company’s pro forma power trading contracts.
