This session provides an overview of the new Letter of Credit Forms drafted by the CLEG Letters of Credit Working Group. Topics to be discussed include (i) optimal letter of credit provisions to include in Paragraph 13 of the 1994 and 2016 ISDA Credit Support Annexes, (ii) a sample letter of credit that may be used with the ISDA, and (iii) a discussion of best practices for standby letters of credit. 1.5 hrs CLE; 1.5 hrs CPE- Finance; 1.5hrs CE
