Description

This session will focus on the first day orders and motions that are typically filed in Chapter 11 cases. The relief requested through first day motions is often obtained under very short time constraints and could have a significant impact on counterparties who may not yet be fully engaged in the Chapter 11 case. We will try to identify what to look for and how best to react where your rights may be impacted.

Learning Objective: Gain an understanding of what happens when Chapter 11 is filed and what rights will be the most impacted.
