Join the IECA Bankruptcy and Creditor's Right Working Group for a Live discussion about recent developments and decisions of interest in pending bankruptcy and related cases.  Chair Mickey Etikin will be joined by Fran Lawall and Mark Holler to discuss the many facets of the recent announcements and fillings and why it is interesting and important to the credit teams and in house counsel to participate on the monthly calls.  They will also touch on how many times a decision can be understood in the energy industry.  This session will mirror a monthly call, attendees are encouraged to bring questions and be prepared to participate.
