Description
The Membership Committee is responsible for the recruitment of new members and the retention of existing members.
Term
One year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute plan to engage prospects and identify key leads
- Create and execute plan to recruit new members
- Support push for growth in different geographies including Mexico, Eastern Canada and Singapore
- Join monthly calls to analyze membership numbers (new, renewals), and make personal reach-outs to engage renewals, member welcomes, follow ups, etc.
- Help be a champion for the IECA!
Qualifications for Service
IECA membership through 2023.
Time Commitment
Small Commitment/Monthly Call (up to 20 hours total/per year)
