PDIG is responsible for at least two (2) webinars each year for IECA. The webinar lead will be responsible for the logistics of webinars (finding speakers, a moderator, topics, and organizing the rehearsals/slides). The webinar lead will work with PDIG leadership and the webinar speakers, as well as Jessica Hall (IECA/AH) and the webinar platform lead (James Sek) or we will do with IECA staff on Zoom, on organizing the material, slides, and rehearsal run through.
- Coordinate speakers, moderators and other logistics related to webinars and in-person conference sessions.
- Work with Jessica Hall (IECA Asst. Executive Director/ AH), IECA Digitell webinar coordinator James Sek, PDIG leadership and the webinar speakers on the topic, slides, and coordinating the rehearsals with Jessica and James.
- Assist in the description of the webinar for IECA communications.
