Trevor Batty is a corporate restructuring lawyer based in Calgary. His practice focuses on corporate insolvency, restructuring and enforcement matters. Trevor advises his clients on all aspects of restructuring and insolvency matters, including:

After obtaining his law degree, Trevor performed a joint clerkship at the Alberta Court of Appeal and Court of Queen’s Bench where he developed a passion for commercial litigation.
