Lynn brings extensive working knowledge of international banking, finance, microfinance and credit ratings to Moody’s Analytics, having worked in Latin America, Asia, Africa, EMEA, and North America. Her expertise encompasses Bank Analysis, Insurance company analysis, credit ratings, Capital markets, Risk management, and corporate governance among others. Lynn is an effective trainer as she brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise to her subject matters.

Prior to joining Moody’s Analytics, Lynn worked in banking and finance for over two decades with JPMorgan Chase (VP), Merrill Lynch (Director, Fixed Income Research) and Opportunity International Network, where she was the Chief Risk Officer. Lynn also spent 10 years at Moody’s Investor Service as a SVP-Regional Credit Officer for financial institutions (banks and insurance companies) based in NY, Hong Kong and London. Lynn consults and trains on a range of risk management, corporate governance, and lending topics for financial institutions including Microfinance institutions and commercial banks.

Lynn has a B.A. from Wellesley College, a M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced Studies-SAIS, and a Certificat d’Etudes Politiques from Sciences Po. She is a graduate of the JPMorgan Chase Credit training program as well as the Harvard Business School-ACCION program on Strategic Leadership for Microfinance. Lynn is fluent in French, Portuguese, and Spanish in addition to her native English. She has lived and worked in the USA, Hong Kong, Brazil, London and Canada. Her professional affiliations include SEEP Network (advisor to Board of Directors), MicroVest LLC (investment committee member), Risk Management Initiative for Microfinance –RIM, and the Center for Financial Inclusion’s Working Group on Governance. Lynn is also a member of Rotary International and serves on the Board of Directors of Chateau La Caille.
