Geri has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Leadership and Organizational Talent Development and currently designing learning at Tervita. Her experience in Human Resources spans Insurance, Financial Institutions, Engineering, Oil and Gas, Technology and is an alumni member of the University of Alberta’s Executive Education Advisory Council. Geri holds a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Calgary and obtains a designation as a Chartered Professional Human Resources Alberta.(CPHR Alberta).

Social Media Task Force
This role is primarily focused on helping promote and grow our IECA social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and strategize new marketing for the IECA via social media. 

Why the IECA?

I would highly recommend the IECA for not only credit professionals but also legal and contract admin personnel. The connections are valuable. Additionally, the webinars and conferences provide industry-specific focused opportunities to stayed abreast of changes impacting our roles. In addition to joining the IECA, I strongly encourage all to become active in the committees. I have definitely gained significant knowledge regarding generally accepted industry standards by working with other members of the IECA.
