Bernardo Cortés

Bernardo Cortés is a partner in our Mexico City office, admitted to practice in Mexico in 2011 and with more than 8 years of experience on energy transactions and dispute resolution procedures in Mexico. His practice also covers issues involving construction, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, natural resources and tax. He has represented clients in international energy projects developed in other jurisdictions. In 2017-2018 he was based in Paris, acting as legal counsel of a French international energy company. Mr. Cortés is an active speaker on international arbitration forums in Mexico and Latin America.
