Description

The ISDA is a very popular agreement that is used across the industry. When counterparties want to clarify credit provisions, the CSA is one of the best tools to plug right into the existing ISDA. This session will walk through the major parts of the annex and highlight areas of interest for both credit and legal professionals to use.

Objectives: Gain an understanding on the ISDA and the CSA Provisions that are reviewed by both credit and legal departments.
