Description

The scope and spirit of Mexican law and regulations greatly differ from US laws and regulations. As such, these laws and regulations can have a significant impact on the way cross-border energy transactions are structured and financed with this impact being likely to be amplified by the actions and decisions of the new Mexican Government. This session aims at providing an overview of the impact of Mexican laws and regulations on cross-border energy projects and how the legal and regulatory risks can be mitigated.

Objectives: Discover the way cross border energy transactions are structured and financed in Mexico.
