The hotel is predicting to be sold out on the nights of June 6 & 7.  So if you are planning to attend, make your hotel reservations by May 10.  After May 10, there is no guarantee any hotel rooms will still be available.

Travel

Travelling from outside of Canada? Use these tips:

  • Download the ArriveCan app and submit the required information PRIOR to checking into your flight. This is mandatory to enter the country!

  • Bring your vaccination card and carry it at all times in case you need it. Canada has dropped any testing requirements for fully vaccinated travelers. See CBSA requirements.  

  • Bring your passport
  • You need a test to re-enter the USA per USA laws. Purchase & bring along an approved kit, like BinaxNow, to do the tests in your hotel room the day before you leave.

Calgary International Airport 
Calgary International Airport (YYC) is located 150 km/93 miles from The Rimrock Resort Hotel, approximately 1 hour, 40-minute drive to/from the hotel.

Car Rentals:
The Rental Car Centre is located on the Departures Level across the roadway from the Domestic Terminal. It can also be accessed by the elevator lobby across the Arrivals Roadway. On-Airport Car Rental companies operate out of the Rental Car Centre. 

Off-Airport Car Rental companies provide courtesy shuttle service to their rental locations. Shuttle pick-up is located in Bus Bay #22 on the Arrivals Roadway. Prior arrangements should be made for pick-up by contacting your car rental company in advance.

IECA Discounted Hotel Parking:

  • Overnight Self-Parking: C$22.00 daily rate per vehicle (plus applicable taxes)
  • Valet Parking: C$36.00 rate per vehicle (plus applicable taxes)
  • Space for oversized vehicles is limited and may be restricted.

If you will be joining the conference but are not staying at the Rimrock Resort Hotel, the parking charge is C$25.00/day.
