The International Energy Credit Association (IECA) membership list and online directory is strictly confidential and for the use of members to contact other members on an individual basis. All IECA trademarks, logos, copyrights, trade names, or other data is the sole property of IECA and may not be used absent the express written consent of IECA. Solicitation of IECA members for any reason is strictly forbidden, except as approved by the Board of Directors. Failure to comply with these provisions may result in the loss of membership and violators are subject to prosecution under copyright law statutes.
