Description
The use of fianzas (surety bonds) as a form of collateral is quite extended in Mexico, often even used by Mexican subsidiaries of large multinational companies. However, few risk practitioners have a good understanding of the process to claim a fianza in Mexico. In this webinar, Attorney Gabriel Reyes Garcia will provide insight into the fianza claim process, including the different steps needed to claim a fianza, and will discuss related nuances.
