This webinar is a detailed discussion on the way in which cultural attitudes towards energy supply impact consumer behaviors. Every day we make decisions on how we consume everything from the electricity that powers our homes, the fuel that runs our automobiles, and the food that powers our bodies.  On an aggregate scale these daily choices have huge impacts on global demand and ultimately the choices that energy producers and governing bodies make in order to provide the necessary supply.  This session will explore the cultural drivers for those decisions and examine their impact on a global scale.

 Learning Objectives

  1. Attendees should gain awareness of the large scale impact of their own personal consumption habits.
  2. Awareness of how consumption is viewed culturally across different regions.
  3. Awareness of the energy demands required to produce everyday consumer goods
