In this webinar, Eric Silverthorne of Exelon Corporation will speak on what to do once the business case has been made for the implementation of a new ERM system. At this point, there are many more decisions that need to be made:

This webinar will go through the details of what to do once you have a budget for your ERM Systems. The presentation will walk through the process of making a decision to determine the best system for your organization’s needs, how to seek approval, implementation tips and things to consider once the system is put into place.
