The challenge of climate change has been joined by several unwanted colleagues – war, recession, and governmental change. We will discuss the impact world circumstances are having on efforts to address climate change, including the greatest impact U.S. regulatory efforts have had the greatest impact to date and which additional regulatory changes we can anticipate.
