This presentation will begin with an overview of the treatment of contracts in bankruptcy. The second portion of the presentation will explore the “safe harbor” provisions of the Bankruptcy Code, including recent developments. Finally, the presentation will cover post-petition trading orders, including the treatment of secured hedging programs in pre-packaged bankruptcies.  

Learning Objective:  Review the fundamentals of bankruptcy safe harbors and learn about recent developments and pre-packaged bankruptcies.
