Description

In this session, Christy will discuss several environmental products including RINs, LCFS, carbon allowances and offsets, including a discussion of compliance versus voluntary credits and the purpose and regulatory basis for each.  We will discuss standardized and bespoke options for documenting these transactions and specific traits of environmental products that pose unique risk management issues. In light of the continued emergence of new products, will also discuss how to implement new documentation solutions for developing environmental products.
