When looking into the detail of what went wrong with Winter Strom Uri, who is to blame and how are companies dealing with the aftermath? This presentation will look at the initial impact of Storm Uri on the energy markets, the companies that failed, the companies that are attempting to restructure, ERCOT’s role and the litigation that ensued. The program will examine such cases as Brazos, Griddy, Just Energy and Entrust.
