The proposed changes to the bylaws will be voted upon during the annual membership meeting at the 97th IECA Annual Conference, 5:00 PM Pacific on Sunday, October 10, 2021, in Las Vegas, NV. In accordance with the bylaws, this amendment was communicated with the membership via email on Thursday, September 9. Please review in advance of the meeting.
