Can non-members participate in IECA events?
Yes. IECA events are generally open to all interested persons, however, for most events, the event fee will be higher for non-members. Please click here to see the benefits of becoming a member.
How do I become a member of the IECA?

How do I know if I qualify as a member of the IECA?
Regular membership is limited to those individuals consists of any persons engaged in or responsible for the credit function who are employed by companies whose product is energy or energy delivery.
Allied Membership consists of any employee of a service company or organization engaged in or responsible for providing a credit support, finance or legal service to the energy industry.

Is membership in the IECA held by the company or by the individual?
Membership in the IECA is held by the individual and is non-transferable.
What happens to my membership if I switch companies?
Your IECA membership remains with you despite a change in employers on the proviso that your new role continues to meet the eligibility requirements of membership. Please advise the IECA of any changes of employers.
Are there group discounts for multiple memberships from one company?

How do I join one of the IECA committees?
Please contact the IECA directly and advise them of your interest in joining a committee. This information will be passed on to the relevant Committee Chairperson(s) who will contact you to discuss any available openings.
Am I able to obtain a copy of the IECA Members Directory without being a member?
No. The IECA Members Directory is only available to Regular and Allied members.
