IECA REFUND POLICY Refunds for conferences and/or seminar educational training programs sponsored by IECA must be requested in writing (email will satisfy this requirement) at least two weeks prior to the event. A $50 administrative processing fee will be charged if the IECA has to refund your money. Requests for a refund should be directed to IECA Executive Director, Michele Biordi at mbiordi@ahint.com or IECA, 15000 Commerce Parkway, Suite C, Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054. Refund requests received within two weeks of the event normally will not be eligible for refund however each request will be reviewed by the Executive Director on a case-by-case basis and full or partial refunds may be issued if circumstances warrant.
