The International Energy Credit Association, Inc. (IECA) provides a framework for the interaction and education of its members through annual conferences held each fall, Credit Group educational conferences held each Spring/Summer, educational seminars and lectures, the IECA Journal, and annual membership directory. Our informative newsletter is published three times a year to keep the members informed of the work of various committees and to address issues of interest in the energy credit industry.
Professional Development and Education
Our educational conferences provide an opportunity to improve your skills and knowledge of issues affecting credit in the energy industry.
IECA conferences are accredited by the National Institute of Credit (NIC) and may be applied towards professional certification. In addition, these conferences are registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing education on the National Registry of CPE sponsors. IECA also offers scholarships to both members and children of members through programs designed to support individuals' higher education goals. Networking and Contracts
IECA promotes productive interaction between members and provides an excellent forum through its educational programs, publications, and resources. All activities and interaction are designed to comply with Anti-Trust or other legal requirements. Recognition
IECA is dedicated to promoting the value of your profession. You can obtain recognition for your accomplishments by serving on IECA committees and/or its Board of Directors. Participation allows you to actively support and promote the profession and to be recognized for your efforts. Annual Membership Directory
This roster, for the confidential use of members only, is a comprehensive reference guide to colleagues by individual name, company, and area of responsibility. The membership directory is published in November and also includes the by-laws of the association.
